Baby Room / Wobbler

Welcome to our Baby room.  Understanding how hard it is for parents/guardians to hand over their loved ones for the first time, our team of dedicated and qualified staff are there to ensure you are completely comfortable and confident with your babies transitioning process.

As your child settles in and establishes a bond with their key worker, this allows the early years educators within the room to gain knowledge about your child’s routine, mealtimes, sleeping patterns and all the other little things that are important to both you and your child.  By creating a positive relationship with your child, this allows educators to promote your child’s abilities to explore their surrounding environment.

Everything within our baby room, from the layout to the equipment is designed to stimulate and promote the child’s sense of self so they can explore the world around them.

As partnership with parents is regarded as an integral part of good practice within our service, we’ll give you daily feedback on your child’s day as we keep written diaries for you that will help you track your child’s day and details any relevant additional information.  In order to encourage the relationships between staff, children and parents, we provide the option for parents to sign up to our WhatsApp groups.  Parents will receive images of their children playing, completing tasks and general information in relation to your child’s room.

Abiding by Tusla regulations, our baby room has a strict ratio of 3:1, this means your baby will see additional staff during their mealtimes to ensure the environment remains cosy and intimate.
