Toddler Room

Welcome to our Toddler room.  This is an exciting stage where your child is trying to absorb all the information their exposed to.  During this period your child will be acquiring broader linguistic skills while social and emotional skills are beginning to flourish as they interact more with their peers and carers.  As children this age are beginning to require a little more structure, our toddler room places a special emphasis on; art & crafts, music, messy play, jig-saws, colours, and story-telling.  Understanding each individual child will have their own unique style of learning, children are encouraged to learn at their pace.

 

As the promotion of toilet training maybe encouraged during this time frame, our staff are on hand to help and follow any routine developed at home.  In order for parents to have a clearer understanding into their child’s day written diaries will be sent home and parents will receive messages via our WhatsApp group chats.  This room operates on a 6:1 ratio, so additional staff are on hand to help throughout the day.
